Passionate about Golf ...

As a child of 12 Ross Murray used to hide a golf club and several balls under bushes while at school, so he could play on his way home.

Not much has changed since those days except he has more clubs and more experience!

Ross has used his skills on seven successive world Eisenhower amateur team championships from 1962 to 1974, and played many other international tournaments representing NZ both here and abroad for the last 25 years. However it has not only been golf that he has excelled at, in one year he played not only golf, but cricket and rugby for Otago, and in regard to the latter played in many matches for New Zealand's prestigious Ranfurly Shield.

Now living in Rangiora Ross is still as enthusiastic as ever and has thrived on coaching and gives great pleasure to many as he passes on his skills and inspiration.
